Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas now available on Android, Kindle - Polygon

The mobile port of Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas is now available on Android and Kindle devices, publisher Rockstar Games announced today.

Rockstar released the game on iOS in mid-December. The Android version is available on Google Play; you can seea full list of supported Android devices here. It supports controllers such as PowerA’s Moga devices.

The Kindle version of San Andreas only supports the Kindle Fire HDX; the game won’t work on a Kindle Fire HD or other Kindle devices. Kindle Fire HDX owners can pick up San Andreas in the Amazon Appstore. On each platform, the game costs $ 6.99; a Windows Phone version is coming soon.

This mobile release of San Andreas updates the game with high-resolution graphics, context-sensitive actions such as vaulting over low walls, a variety of control schemes, a revised checkpoint setup and support for cloud saves via the Rockstar Social Club. You can watch a trailer above.
