The answer, oddly, is that they are both hits on the Amazon Kindle – where readers can pick up a book without showing anyone that they are reading it. The Fuhrer’s diatribe is the top-ranked book in Amazon’s Propaganda & Political Psychology section in the US, where it has been given an average of four out of five stars by 354 reviewers. On Amazon’s British site, it stands in fourth place in the History section while in Australia it sits at seven in the Politics & Government section.
