Police seek robber who snatched Kindle out of train rider's hands - Palm Beach Post

West Palm Beach Police detectives are asking for the public’s help in finding a man who snatched a Kindle Fire from a woman’s hands while on a Tri-Rail train.

Around 10 pm Wednesday a passenger was sitting on the train while reading from her Kindle Fire. Surveillance video shows a young man sneaking up behind her and snatching the Kindle out of her hands.

The robbery took place at 210 S. Tamarind Ave., Police said.

Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at (800) 458-TIPS or West Palm Beach Police Det. Bryan at (561) 822-1656.
